Hull repair to Harpoon 5.2

My 74 hull has developed "dimples"or concave areas in both sides of the bow section and at the transom.

Is it possible that the foam between the hulls has shrunk or become compromised?

Best way to correct this?  Should I risk drilling small holes and injecting expanding foam? That may make the areas convex.
